Job Summary
Train clients in one-on-one and small group sessions, conducting fitness assessments and creating customized workout programs based on client goals. Mentor and support personal trainers on best practices while helping maintain high coaching standards across the team. Track client progress and retention metrics, support local marketing and community outreach events, and partner with leadership on sales goals and business growth initiatives. This role involves mobile training throughout Mascoutah and surrounding areas with a flexible schedule, offering competitive pay, performance bonuses, and leadership development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer certification from an accredited organization (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, etc.)
- CPR/AED certification
- 3+ years of personal training experience
- Leadership or trainer mentoring experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
