Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results using the GYMGUYZ App for assessments. Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions while overseeing client success metrics and quality standards. Facilitate workshops, drive local marketing initiatives, and support sales goals alongside leadership duties. Represent core values in every interaction. Flexible schedule with full-time preference; competitive pay from $35-$55/hr plus performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
- CPR/AED certified
- 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
- Proven success in client results and team mentoring
- Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Sales and field marketing experience preferred
