Job Summary
Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions to clients of various fitness levels and goals. Create personalized exercise programs utilizing the GYMGUYZ Fitness App tailored to each client's needs and preferences. Conduct initial assessments and close initial sales, then perform reassessments and close renewal sales. Drive new business through various marketing efforts while promoting the GYMGUYZ brand to prospective individual and business clients. Maintain appointments in the scheduling app and attend monthly team meetings. Service check personal trainers to ensure best practices are being followed.
Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM)
- CPR/AED certification
- Previous sales experience in the fitness industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition
- Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours
