Job Summary
As a Master Trainer at GYMGUYZ, lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results, conduct initial assessments and reassessments, design and lead individual and small-group training sessions, oversee client success metrics and training quality standards, support sales and assessment goals, facilitate workshops and team development, and drive local marketing and community engagement while upholding the DRIVE values.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
- Proven success in client results and team mentoring
- Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
- Sales and field marketing experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
