Job Summary
Complete all tasks for maintaining the facility, buildings, grounds, and infrastructure equipment at Grace Medical Center, including off-campus sites. Install, repair, and maintain physical elements to ensure a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Execute corrective and preventative maintenance, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and determine required materials for resolution. Document all activities using the Computer Maintenance Management System and communicate with Facilities management. Perform carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs, including pump repair, motor alignment, and HVAC maintenance. Work Monday through Friday from 10 am to 6:30 pm with on-call rotation every third weekend.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years experience with mechanical, electrical and other infrastructure systems
- Experience working in a hospital or industrial/manufacturing environment
- Documented training and/or experience in and working knowledge of 120v/208v/277v electrical
- Documented training and/or experience in and working knowledge of pump repair and motor alignment
- Documented training and working knowledge of HVAC, compressor/vacuum pump repair
- Full MD Driver's license
- Good driving record
- On call every third weekend
- Monday-Friday 10 am to 6:30 pm
