Job Summary
Oversee Mobile Crisis Outreach Response Teams in Union County, conducting progress note reviews, crisis response decision-making, and providing technical assistance for staff development. Manage direct care schedules, evaluate productivity and billing, and review individual care plans to ensure clinically supported treatment levels. Available for on-call clinical consultation and in-person case reviews to determine appropriate interventions or higher levels of care. Collaborate with community referral sources and stabilization networks for case management and aftercare linkages. Requires a Master's degree in mental health, valid NJ driver's license, and 1+ years supervisory experience. Part-time 30-hour schedule with benefit eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- MUST have a Master's degree in a mental health related discipline
- MUST have a valid NJ Driver's License with acceptable driving record
- Proficient in MS Office products
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage crises
- Exceptional writing and assessment skills
- Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to make and maintain contacts and positive relationships with individuals who receive or have received mental health and/or substance abuse services
- Ability to work with individuals with mental illness in a caring and professional manner
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred
- Bilingual skills are a plus!
