Job Summary
Master-Level Heavy Equipment Technician needed in Louisville, KY to diagnose and repair machinery, perform inspections, and maintain records while working in-shop and directly with customers. Responsibilities include maintenance on company-owned machines, repairs on customer machines, diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues from scheduled maintenance to complex problems, and ensuring safety and quality. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 4+ years of relevant experience, and a Technical School Certificate or equivalent. Strong communication, ability to work with minimal supervision, safety adherence, and a customer-service mindset are important. Occasional overtime and exposure to variable outdoor conditions are possible; position based in-person at the Louisville shop.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of relevant work experience
- Technical School Certificate and/or equivalent experience
- Good driving record
- Ability to take direction and receive feedback
