Job Summary
Master Fitters & Builders conduct tour-level golf club fitting experiences and build golf clubs to tight tolerances while selling relationally to clients; they oversee customer relations for studio and personal clients, maintain brand standards, and operate Trackman, Salesforce, Sam Putt Lab, and Microsoft Office. Essential duties include interpreting data points in the fitting process, growing fittings, and contributing to store operations. Must have knowledge of golf, strong communication and presentation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience with sales in a golf retail setting; equipment used includes Trackman, Salesforce, Sam Putt Lab, Microsoft Office, and build-shop tools. The role offers hourly pay with commission and performance bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with club fitting and launch monitors required
- 1+ years in sales experience required
- Experience selling custom golf clubs preferred
- College degree preferred
