Master Field Engineer responsible for end-to-end ownership of professional building automation installations, serving as the final technical authority on mission-critical systems, driving quality and customer success, mentoring field leaders, and ensuring safe, high-performance delivery across diverse environments. Travel and flexible scheduling are required to support field demands; leadership in resolving complex controls and integration challenges, with accountability for workmanship, documentation, and contractual risk across the branch project portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6+ years of professional experience in Building Automation, HVAC, or related technical field
- Must possess a valid, current Driver’s License and be insurable by the company’s insurance carrier
- Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as squatting and climbing for extended periods
- Capable of working over 8 feet above grade and proficient in the use of ladders and motorized lift equipment
