Master Esthetician (5142)

Perform professional facial, body, and laser treatments within scope of practice and licensing while utilizing Courted at The St. James treatment protocols. Deliver quality services based on individual guest needs, provide clear pre/post-treatment education, and ensure proper intake and consent forms are completed. Promote services and packages to increase guest retention by building relationships and exhibiting a positive attitude. Maintain infection control standards by cleaning, sterilizing equipment, and disposing of supplies according to CDC, OSHA, and state guidelines. Adhere to HIPAA regulations for client confidentiality, attend staff meetings, and participate in promotional efforts throughout the facility. Maintain inventory, complete continuing education for recertification, and possess strong sales orientation and customer service skills. Work evenings and weekends as a part-time position with potential to transition to full-time.
