Job Summary
Lead installation, start-up, shut-down, and repair of industrial electrical systems, machinery, and infrastructure. Oversee PLC programming, read blueprints and schematics, and implement preventative maintenance strategies using specialized instruments. Troubleshoot complex electrical systems, operate robotic equipment, and mentor entry-level and journeyman electricians while ensuring compliance with safety and quality assurance practices. Requires a Master Electrician license in Wisconsin, five years of experience in electrical and mechanical fields, and strong analytical skills. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Electrical Journeyman license – State of Wisconsin
- Master Electrician license - State of Wisconsin
- Five years of proven experience in the electrical/electronics, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic fields
- ability to demonstrate high proficiency in electrical/electronics, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic fields
- Advanced knowledge of PLC programming and electrical systems
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand complex diagrams and schematics
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to read and comprehend standard operating procedures and company guidelines to maintain regulatory compliance
- Strong background in industrial power distribution, motor controls, PLCs, and electrical code compliance
- Working knowledge of computers and applicable software
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-pressure environment independently
