Job Summary
Lead electrical inspection, repair, installation, and restoration activities while performing QA/QC checks to ensure compliance with NEC requirements and safety standards. Supervise Journeyman, Apprentice, and electrical support personnel in the field to troubleshoot complex systems, circuits, panels, generators, and temporary power setups. Review and interpret electrical plans, drawings, diagrams, and specifications to identify hazards and coordinate daily work with project managers and site supervisors. Document completed work, site conditions, materials used, and issues requiring follow-up to support emergency response and infrastructure recovery operations. Travel expenses, lodging, and transportation are covered as required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Master Electrician license or certification within the United States
- Proven experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex electrical distribution systems
- Strong understanding of electrical safety standards and best practices
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong technical electrical skills
- Proven leadership ability
- Experience needed to perform safely and effectively in a fast-paced field environment
- The ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues
- The ability to interpret plans and specifications
- The ability to supervise electrical personnel
- The ability to ensure all work is completed in compliance with applicable codes, safety standards, and project requirements

Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting federal, military, USACE, FEMA, or government projects
- Experience with disaster response, emergency power restoration, or infrastructure recovery work
- Strong background in commercial, industrial, or institutional electrical systems
- Ability to supervise Journeyman, Apprentice, and electrical support personnel
- Experience reviewing electrical plans, drawings, diagrams, and specifications
- Strong troubleshooting skills for power distribution, generators, panels, circuits, and temporary power systems
