Job Summary
Perform residential electrical installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and upgrades including panels, service changes, rewiring, and EV chargers. Complete electrical work for HVAC installations such as furnaces, air handlers, and zoning systems. Install conduit, MC cabling, motor starters, and control devices while reading blueprints and applying NEC and Colorado electrical codes. Troubleshoot circuits, procure materials, and mentor apprentice and journeyman electricians. Partner with dispatch and service teams to complete jobs efficiently while providing professional customer service. Requires an active Colorado Master Electrician License, 5+ years of experience, and valid driver's license. Salary ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 USD with commissions.
Required Qualifications
- Active Colorado Master Electrician License
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed electrician
- Residential electrical experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC, Colorado electrical codes, permitting, and inspections
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and electrical diagrams
- Ability to work independently and lead/mentor team members
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members
- Must be able to work in field environments across residential job sites
- Must be able to climb ladders and navigate uneven surfaces
- Must be able to regularly work in confined spaces
- Must be able to move materials up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to operate hand and power tools and vehicles
- Must be able to work with regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust
