Job Summary
Oversee and direct Plant and Facilities Maintenance Staff regarding general maintenance and plant operations. Monitor and maintain all heating, cooling systems, and auxiliary equipment, while evaluating plant data to ensure peak efficiency. Manage repairs to pumps, boilers, chillers, and compressors, and make informed decisions on supplies, vendor contracts, and shutdowns. Ensure all equipment remains 100% compliant with Joint Commission, safety, and federal guidelines. Provide guidance on preventive maintenance measures and notify leadership of significant issues. Requires a Master Electrician License, current MD license, and seven plus years of experience. Salary ranges from $29.45 to $47.91. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 403(b) match, tuition reimbursement, and generous PTO.
