Job Summary
Serve as the company's qualifying Master Electrician while maintaining the Texas HVAC Contractor License. Oversee commercial electrical and HVAC installations, ensuring all projects meet NEC, local building codes, and OSHA safety requirements. Perform job site inspections, coordinate with project managers and inspectors, and troubleshoot complex systems. Mentor field personnel and maintain compliance documentation. This role supports commercial construction across Houston, including retail, restaurants, and tenant improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Current Texas Master Electrician License
- Must be able to qualify or carry a Texas HVAC Contractor License for the company
- Minimum 10 years of commercial electrical experience
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Clean criminal background
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to supervise crews, subcontractors, and apprentices
- Ability to read blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications

- Commercial HVAC experience
