Job Summary
Lead residential electrical service work including diagnosing and repairing electrical systems, installing, replacing, and upgrading panels, circuits, outlets, switches, lighting, and wiring; perform whole-home electrical inspections and safety evaluations; install and service standby generators and transfer switches; supervise Journeyman Electricians, Apprentices, and Electrical Helpers; ensure code compliance and deliver excellent customer service; manage documentation, estimates, and invoices; participate in on-call rotations and mentor team members to support career growth.
Required Qualifications
- Kentucky Master Electrician License
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Minimum 5 years of residential electrical experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and blueprints
- Experience supervising or mentoring electrical team members
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Preferred generator installation and service experience
- ServiceTitan experience
- Sales and customer education experience
- HVAC or plumbing industry experience
- Experience managing permits, inspections, and code compliance requirements
- Knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes
- Ability to present repair and replacement options to customers
