Job Summary
Master Data Steward needed to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of global master data. Collaborate with Customer Experience, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Service and IT to maintain global master data standards and processes. Develop and implement master data management policies, identify and resolve data quality issues, design and implement MDM solutions, conduct data profiling, and provide training. Configure and develop MDM tools such as Oracle PDH/EDQ/CDM/PLM to improve global data quality. Maintain documentation, support data migrations and ERP implementations, and stay current with industry best practices. Requires Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years in MDM/Data Governance, with Oracle tool experience and strong communication, collaboration, and travel willingness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or related roles
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Information Management Professional (CIMP), Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)) could be beneficial to the role
- Experience with Oracle Applications Cloud Management tools and technologies (e.g., Product Data Hub, Enterprise Data Quality, Customer Data Management, Product Development etc.) is highly desirable
- Demonstrated programme management skills will be advantage
- Proficient in data analysis, data modelling, and data profiling techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across global and remote teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
- Proven results orientation
- Flexible for global travel as required
