Job Summary
Set up new customers in SAP based on Zendesk tickets, enter approved partner pricing discounts into the Partner Portal, and manage customer price agreements in Salesforce. Audit open quotations for pre-booking accuracy, reconcile customer purchase orders to Cognex quotations, and create quotes for RFQs or unassociated orders for high-volume OEMs. Act as a liaison between Order Management, Sales, and customers regarding order status and in-country assistance. Exercise judgment to resolve exceptions and facilitate fast-turn opportunities requiring expedited shipment. Bachelor's degree required with 2+ years supporting the Sales organization; Salesforce CRM and CPQ experience a plus.
