Job Summary
Ensure enterprise data accuracy and compliance by governing Item Master and Customer Data across systems and regions. Define data standards, naming conventions, and validation checkpoints while coordinating updates and resolving quality issues. Document data flows, maintain lineage inventories, and support regulatory alignment with Legal and DPO teams. Educate users on governance practices and serve as the primary contact for data quality inquiries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, and IT to enforce standards and drive KPIs. Some travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business, or related field
- Three to six years of experience working with enterprise or master data domains, data quality, data governance initiatives, or a similar environment
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to resolve data issues and enforce standards
- Basic understanding of data lifecycle concepts (creation, usage, maintenance)
- Strong documentation, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Some travel may be required

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ERP, CRM, MDM, or Item Master systems
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and data privacy or regulatory concepts
- Experience working in global or multi-region environments
- Understanding of relational databases, APIs, and system data exchange
- Knowledge of system integration, including data movement, mapping, and data mismatches
- Ability to collaborate with IT and application owners to document interfaces and data flows
