Job Summary
Define and implement master data governance, ownership, and control principles across SAP master data domains. Lead data conversion activities, including data mapping, validation, cleansing, testing, and migration. Manage the Non-Conformance Management team, ensuring timely investigation, resolution, and systemic corrective actions. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to establish workflows, approval processes, and conversion procedures. Coordinate data quality improvement initiatives, migration readiness, and cutover activities while driving issue resolution and project execution. This role reports to the Sr. Engineering Services Manager and involves 50% regional travel within Switzerland and Germany.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Data Management, or related field
- 4-6+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Migration, Data Governance, or ERP implementation, or Quality Systems within a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge conventional approaches and develop innovative, out-of-the-box solutions to complex business and quality issues
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives, including non-conformance and corrective action processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English
