Job Summary
Build positive relationships with supplier customers while guiding them through the onboarding and implementation process for sales data collection services. Assist clients in understanding data quality and reliability, serving as the primary point of contact during projects to coordinate with internal teams and address concerns timely. Manage implementation plans from start to finish, ensuring smooth onboarding experiences for beverage suppliers across the team. This hybrid role requires reporting to the Colchester office three days a week.
