Master Data Analyst

Job Summary

Create, update, and verify vendor and customer master data in MSD and related platforms to maintain high-quality records. Maintain pricing data by setting up and amending pricing conditions and discount structures. Collaborate with procurement, sales, and finance teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure integrity. Generate reports to monitor master data accuracy and pricing effectiveness. Provide training on data management processes and offer ad hoc support to Product Master Data activities, including interaction with the PLM system. Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations through audit support. Work in Leeds with a hybrid schedule of three office days and two remote days.

Required Qualifications

  • Intermediate or above proficiency in Excel, including functions, lookups, pivot tables, and data validation
  • High level of attention to detail with the ability to perform fast, precise data entry and maintain data integrity across multiple systems
  • Experience working with vendor, customer, or product master data within ERP systems (e.g., MSD, SAP, Oracle)
  • Experience supporting global or multi‐market data models, ensuring consistency and alignment across regions
  • Demonstrates initiative in identifying data risks, process gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Working knowledge of Power Query, SQL, and Power BI to support data transformation, analysis, and reporting activities
