Job Summary
Analyze and manage commercial master data, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and consistency across customers, pricing, and sales hierarchies. Maintain data definitions, business rules, and governance standards while translating findings into actionable insights for stakeholders. Develop dashboards and reports for commercial KPIs and support data quality improvement, migration, and alignment across ERP, CRM, and analytics systems. Collaborate with commercial teams, analytics, and data owners to drive process improvement and business performance. Based in Kaunas with a hybrid setup, this role contributes to structured data practices supporting future growth within a global team focused on sustainable energy transmission.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
- Experience as a Data Analyst in a commercial, sales, or marketing context
- Experience with master data domains such as customer, pricing, and sales data
- Knowledge of data tools such as SQL, Power BI or Tableau, and Excel
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems, SAP environments
- Familiarity with SAP Master Data Governance or similar tools
- Must be based in Kaunas with a hybrid setup
