Master Data Administrator (12-month Fixed Term Contract)

Job Summary
Maintain Master Data records within SAP across materials, customers, pricing, and promotions by validating requests and performing periodic data cleansing activities to ensure accuracy and integrity. Assist with routine and ad-hoc reports on returns, pricing, promotions, and sales order processing while providing key-user support and training on master data standards. Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Commercial Sales, Customer Services, and Warehouse to enhance business working processes and support the Master Data Manager on ad-hoc tasks and S/4 Hana integration testing. This 12-month fixed-term role in the UK Master Data team includes a work-from-home option and offers private medical, dental, and product discounts.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with processing in SAP
- Working across multiple systems
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Master Data
- Confident in use of Microsoft Office packages
- Intermediate Excel skills including Pivot Tables & Lookups
- Ability to work off own initiative
- Think outside of the box
- Ability to work well under pressure

- Provide guidance and training to users on master data standards
- Support the Master Data Manager on any other ad hoc task
- Testing for the S/4 Hana integration project
- Undertake relevant training when required
- Continually improve business working processes
- Enhance efficiencies for the wider team

- Based in Marlow
- Work from home option (to be agreed directly with your line manager upon successful completion of your training)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with processing in SAP, and working across multiple systems is essential
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Master Data is desired
