Job Summary
Manufacture, assemble, install, and re-work various aircraft structural components unsupervised while interpreting technical manuals, specifications, blueprints, and engineering drawings. Operate complicated shop tools and equipment, utilizing precision measuring devices such as calipers and gauges. Maintain shop supplies, perform preventive maintenance on assigned equipment, and execute inventory control using logging and tagging procedures. Ensure tool control and accountability while adhering to company policies, safety programs, and all safety protocols including appropriate gear. Requires 10+ years of professional experience, high school diploma, and US citizenship; security clearance may be required. Full-time role includes health care, retirement, life insurance, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications

- Working knowledge of general manufacturing/fabrication processes
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 10+ years of professional experience in the required task area required
- Must be a US citizen
- Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required
- Able to assess, install, and modify equipment, and inspect machinery
- Able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, grasp and reach with hands and arms, handle and operate hand/power tools and machine controls
- Perform frequent wrist, hand, and finger movements
- Prolonged periods of standing while operating machinery
- Able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds at a time
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in management or technical/scientific discipline preferred
