Job Summary
Master Cook at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting food to Chef standards with proper recipes, portions, and garnishes. Set up and operate assigned workstation, ensure quality and consistency before serving, and maintain food safety and sanitation following health standards and proper storage. Support closing duties and delegate tasks as directed by the Chef team. Ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED or equivalent and at least 1+ year of prior Cook experience; formal culinary training preferred. This role operates in a fast-moving, high-performance kitchen as part of MGM Resorts' culinary team.
