Job Summary
Master Cook at Bellagio (MGM Resorts) in Las Vegas responsible for food preparation directed by the Chef, setting up workstation and station duties, evaluating cooked foods for quality, following safety standards, and assisting with guest experience to create WOW moments. Tasks include following methods of food preparation, proper portion sizes, sauce mixing, garnishing, station setup per pars, driving correct order handling in CRM, ensuring holding temperatures with thermometers, completing closing requirements, and delegating tasks as instructed by chefs. Ideal candidate has a High School Diploma/GED, 1+ year experience, and is able to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays; formal culinary training is preferred.
