Job Summary
Conduct quality control of all content processed through Master Control systems and manage on-air and commercial breaks. Maintain on-air logs, record multiple feeds from various sources, and monitor transmitters while complying with FCC and EAS regulations. Complete multiple tasks accurately within established deadlines. Full-time employment with flexible shifts to cover vacation and sick time, with overtime available if necessary. Requires proficiency in video operations, automation systems, and data entry tools.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of Video Operations
- Proficient in computers and accurate data entry
- Working knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of video servers and automation systems within a Television environment
- Ability to plan ahead, troubleshoot and adapt to change with ease
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work flexible shifts to cover vacation/sick time
- Ability to work overtime if necessary
- Excellent organizational skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- References must be provided in writing
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in television Master Control Operations a plus
- One year of broadcasting radio or TV experience preferred
