Job Summary
Conduct all service and warranty repairs on boats, motors, trailers, and ATVs according to manufacturer specifications. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix mechanical and electrical problems while installing accessory items. Assist customers by answering technical questions and water test units to verify work. Mentor other technicians and maintain a clean, professional work area. Remain familiar with painting, decal application, fiberglass repairs, and rigging as required. Attends technical training to maintain Master level certification and improve proficiency. Perform heavy lifting up to 50 pounds and work both inside and outside.
Required Qualifications
- High School education
- On-going completion of classes towards higher level of manufacturer certification or equivalent experience
- At least 21 years old
- Ability to understand electrical systems and wiring
- Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates
- Ability to perform heavy lifting up to and more than 50 pounds
- Ability to work both inside and outside
- Own tools
