Master - Captain

Command and operate IFA vessels in port and underway, exercising full authority over crew, passengers, and contractors. Ensure safety and security of all onboard individuals while executing prudent maneuvering, docking, and undocking. Conduct daily inspections of vessel spaces and maintain logs, reports, and administrative records in compliance with federal regulations, IFA policies, and Safety Management System requirements. Serve as the vessel's Complaint Resolution Official to ensure appropriate assistance for passengers with disabilities. Provide visible leadership through announcements and guest interactions. This full-time exempt position features a year-round four days on, four days off schedule with 12-hour shifts.
