Master BMW Technician

Master BMW Technician position at BMW of Ramsey (Lithia & Driveway family). Responsibilities include producing billable labor on vehicles brought into the Service Department, dispatching work to shop teammates, ensuring technicians are properly trained, developing a monthly production plan, and following manufacturer policies and procedures. Ideal candidate has prior dealership or private repair experience, ASE certifications, BMW experience a plus, strong communication, and a positive attitude.
