Job Summary
Diagnose and repair vehicles for customers using knowledge of domestic and foreign makes, while completing full, accurate, and honest courtesy inspections. Troubleshoot guest concerns quickly within the service department, collaborating with other technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines. Continuously build experience across a wide range of vehicles while promoting high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Navigate computers efficiently and use hand tools in tight spaces, occasionally lifting over 100 pounds. Work in a modern facility equipped with manufacturer-level diagnostic equipment, supported by real-time live technical assistance and a local franchisee owner.
Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance
- Strong communication
- Desire for long-term career development
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
- Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Ability to work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
- Needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
- Ability to walk/stand for the majority of their workday
- Ability to drive manual transmissions vehicles
- Ability to efficiently navigate a computer
