Job Summary
Master Automotive Technician / Mechanic opportunity in Zionsville, IN for a skilled technician with a passion for customer-focused auto repair. Responsibilities include diagnosing and fixing vehicles for customers, building experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign models, completing full and accurate courtesy vehicle inspections, collaborating with the service department to address guest concerns, maintaining high safety, cleanliness, and organization standards, and working with other technicians to meet deadlines and deliver distinguished results. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Meet or exceed hourly goals
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication
- Physical ability to occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
- Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair
- Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
- Drive manual transmissions vehicles
- Efficiently navigate a computer
