Job Summary
Master or Level A Service Technician responsible for repairing and diagnosing major vehicle components, performing multi-point inspections, documenting work, and communicating with service advisors. Will conduct road tests to verify repairs, participate in manufacturer-sponsored training, maintain high CSI scores, ensure compliance with federal/state/local regulations, and mentor less-experienced technicians while ensuring work meets dealership and factory standards.
Required Qualifications
- ASE certifications heavily preferred
- Manufacturer certifications heavily preferred
- Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test)
- Must have basic tools
- Team player
- Ability to work repetitively on complex tasks
- Strong technical and mechanical skills
