Job Summary
Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, drivability, and electronic vehicle concerns, then perform repairs accurately and efficiently to manufacturer specifications across engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, HVAC, and electrical systems. Utilize factory scan tools and advanced diagnostic equipment to execute warranty and customer-pay repairs, followed by road testing to verify fixes. Communicate findings and recommendations with Service Advisors while mentoring apprentice and entry-level technicians. Maintain detailed repair documentation and stay current with manufacturer training and emerging vehicle technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Master Technician experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities
