Job Summary
Install windshields and auto glass in our shop or from a mobile operation unit, calibrate vehicle electronics such as ADAS systems, and repair chips and other glass damage. Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction, process payments from mobile clients, and maintain a professional appearance while providing world-class service. Maintain a valid driver's license, pass an MVR check, and possess proficiency in managing various automotive glass types and interpreting technical specifications. This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, maneuvering around vehicles, and working in hot or cold weather conditions. We supply auto glass-specific tools and offer uncapped commission plans with weekly pay options.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ Year(s) of automotive glass installation experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass MVR check
- Proficiency in managing and working with several types of automotive glass
- Strong knowledge of auto mechanic tools, equipment, and techniques used in glass repair and replacement
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications
- Strong customer experience skills
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Diligence
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Must be able to perform the physical demands of the job
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
