Job Summary
Financial Advisor leadership role in MassMutual South Carolina. Lead and grow an advisor team with support to optimize processes and client outcomes. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships to drive sales, training and motivating the sales team, setting sales goals and performance metrics, increasing client engagement strategies, and ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies. Ideal for experienced sales professionals with strong organizational, communication, and management skills who can analyze data to develop strategic plans, and who hold LAH license with Series 7 & 66; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Knowledge of CRM/ATS, SEO, online advertising, and MS Office is beneficial. Positions are full-time with a hybrid schedule in Charleston, SC.
Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of sales experience in financial services
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
