Manage guest treatments on the therapy department, guiding clients through complementary wellness methods like IR and red light therapy. Maintain a clean, welcoming environment and direct guests to purchase home products and spa experiences. Ensure a pleasant atmosphere that encourages repeat visits while supporting colleagues across three locations. Work 50% with alternating weekends starting November 1. Requires massage diploma, Swedish language proficiency, and experience as a freelancer or employee.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant education and experience as a massage therapist
- Diploma and completion of a longer massage therapy education
- Ability to read and speak Swedish
- Experience working as a sole proprietor or as an employed massage therapist
- Flexibility and orderliness
- Ability to work 50% with alternating weekends starting November 1
- Reference from a previous workplace where you worked with massage or as a dermatologist
