Job Summary
Provides skilled individualized massage services to patients under the supervision of the Women's Health Resource Center's Nurse Practitioner, collaborating with other massage therapists to implement best practices in therapeutic massage and body work. Delivers specialized massage care for patient populations such as cancer or pregnancy, acts as a resource and educator for patients, family members, and clinical staff, and contributes to an integrative medicine team across outpatient care centers. Per Diem/Casual schedule with varied hours, including weekends, in the San Francisco, CA area.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent education/experience
- CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE Certified Massage Therapist - CMST Certification in integrative medicine massage therapy practices for specific patient populations such as cancer or pregnancy
- BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
- 2 year in Massage Therapy
