Job Summary
Provide professional massage and body treatments to guests, in a world-class spa environment, following spa protocols and certification standards. Inform and educate guests on wellness options, maintain sanitation and sterilization standards, and properly care for equipment. Prepare rooms between appointments, handle guest questions with courtesy, and contribute to a high-quality work environment. Promote spa services, treatments, and retail products; participate in ongoing training and staff meetings; and assist in all areas of spa operations as needed. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team, create customized treatment plans, understand contraindications and safety standards, and maintain client confidentiality. Required to have a high school diploma or GED, be licensed to practice Massage Therapy in Tennessee, pass a background check and drug test, and be able to work weekends and holidays; location is Gatlinburg, TN with in-person work. The role is part-time and aligned with Westgate Resorts’ hospitality environment.
