Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, customized massage therapy services while educating guests on recovery, mobility, and self-care within a luxury hospitality environment. Maintain impeccable treatment room standards, follow strict sanitation protocols, and build trust-based relationships with clients through clear communication and professional boundaries. Collaborate with club leadership and specialists to support seamless guest journeys, assist with room turnover and restocking, and participate in ongoing wellness training. Maintain active massage therapy licensure and weekend availability to uphold Remedy Place's commitment to helping people feel better.
Required Qualifications
- Active massage therapy license in the state of employment
- Prior experience in luxury hospitality, wellness, spa, sports recovery, clinical massage, or a comparable guest-facing environment
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, contraindications, draping, sanitation, and professional boundaries
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to deliver consistent, high-quality services while maintaining Remedy Place standards
- Reliable, punctual, professional, and team-oriented
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Ability to perform massage services for scheduled shifts
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and use hands and arms for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds as needed
- Ability to assist with room setup, breakdown, restocking, and laundry support
- Comfortable working in a wellness club environment with varying temperatures and sensory elements
