Job Summary
As a Massage Therapist, you will deliver professional massage therapy services using various techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, and hot stone massage tailored to client needs. Responsibilities include conducting client assessments, creating a soothing atmosphere, maintaining client records, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and educating clients about self-care practices and available techniques. You are expected to adhere to high professional standards and maintain a clean spa environment while fostering positive relationships with club members.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a formal massage therapy program from an accredited institution
- Valid state or national licensure as a massage therapist
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to assess client needs and adapt massage techniques accordingly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in CPR and basic first aid (preferred)
