Massage Therapist

Provide quality massage therapy to members and their guests. Massage members and their guests for therapeutic and remedial reasons; perform various massage modalities (Swedish, deep tissue, hot/cold stone, acupressure, reflexology); assess client needs and medical history to determine appropriate treatment plans; prepare, blend and heat oils, maintain treatment records and invoices; coordinate own schedule and communicate with Spa Director about member service/operations; greet members, check-in, answer questions, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment; operate within humid, odor-rich settings and maintain physical requirements (lifting, standing, bending, repetitive motions); obtain and document blood pressure on request; meet licensing and training requirements including First Aid/CPR and State Massage Therapy License; set own hours with on-call flexibility.
