Job Summary
Administer massage and body treatments as appropriate for licensing while preparing equipment and daily supplies. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and adhere to all written standards of operations and policies. Resolve guest complaints, ensure guest privacy, and make sound decisions under pressure. Must be First Aid/CPR certified or obtain certification within 90 days of employment. Requires current massage therapy licenses for the State, County, and City/Town. Must possess computer software skills and the ability to work flexibly in scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed in North Carolina
- High School Diploma
- Must possess current licenses and certificates for massage therapy as required by the State, County, and City/Town
- Must be First Aid/CPR Certified or become certified within 90 days of employment
- Computer software skills
- Must have the ability to work under pressure and remain calm
- Must possess the conflict resolution skills necessary to evaluate product and treatment quality and guests complaints
- Must have the willingness to work and be flexible in work scheduling
- Must be able to make sound decisions and ensure the privacy of each guest being sensitive to their needs
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
