Job Summary
Perform spa treatment services according to established protocols while maintaining sanitation and HACCP documentation in compliance with California and DH&R health codes. Assist guests with home care programs and products, ensuring high levels of service and effective communication with peers, management, and front-of-house staff. Participate in all required training programs, including daily, weekly, and monthly meetings, and stock treatment rooms with necessary supplies. Maintain a clean work area, observe safety procedures, and report any accidents or injuries promptly.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to speak, comprehend, read, and write English
- Must have strong customer service skills
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess ability to implement and uphold high service standards
- Must have ability to interact with all associates and resort guests
- Must have ability to perform well in stressful, high-pressure situations
- Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time
- A high school diploma
- Certificate of completion from recognized massage program (minimum of 500 hours)
- State of California Massage License
- Passing of MBLEX or NCBTMB test, per California Massage License Requirements
