Job Summary
Provide Swedish and Deep Tissue massages to customers while maintaining high hygiene standards and ensuring spa stations remain clean throughout services. Build warm relationships with guests and the team to foster an encouraging culture, offering informed consultations on spa offerings and booking appointments seamlessly. Hit daily sales targets by understanding spa figures and assist with member evenings or special functions as requested. Take further training in additional treatments such as Sports Massage, Reflexology, and Maternity to expand service capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage
- Experience in dealing with guests and offering treatments
- Must be willing to take further training in all treatments available
- Understand the spa daily figures to hit targets
- Maintain high standards of hygiene within the spa
- Able to attend member evenings or special functions as and when required and help out as requested
- Proficient communicator
- Strong written skills
- Strong verbal skills
