Job Summary
Perform professional quality massage sessions tailored to individual member or guest needs within your scope of practice and Georgia licensing requirements. Design specific treatments, promote wellness benefits, and communicate promotions while maintaining detailed client records and adhering to all practice policies. Assist with location cleanliness, attend training sessions, and perform other duties as assigned. Maintain a friendly attitude to ensure excellent guest experiences. Requires a valid Georgia Massage Therapist license, high school diploma, and background check. Flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Hourly pay plus commission, service charge, and gratuity.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Massage Therapist
- Valid Georgia Massage Therapist license
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Background check
- Flexible workdays including holidays and weekends
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Ability to develop a plan of action for client's care
- Ability to make a client feel comfortable
- Must be effective at listening
- Must be effective at understanding
- Must be effective at clarifying
- Must be effective at resolving the concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests
- Must be able to perform professional quality massage within scope of practice and licensing
- Must be able to design specific sessions based on members or guests' individual needs
- Must be able to assist in the promotion of the health and wellness benefits to clients
- Must be able to create excellent member/guest experience through a friendly and helpful attitude
- Must be able to utilize other approved modalities in accordance with Georgia law
- Must be able to communicate various promotions to clients
- Must be able to follow all practice policies and protocols
- Must be able to assist in the cleanliness of the location
- Must be able to maintain detailed and accurate treatment records of clients
- Must be able to attend and participate in meetings and training sessions
