Job Summary
Conduct massage therapy services for guests at the Spa at VINAROSA, utilizing solid knowledge of massage theory, anatomy, and physiology. Maintain a professional demeanor while managing daily bookings through spa software such as Book4Time and Microsoft Office. Deliver treatments in a luxurious 5,000 sq. ft. sanctuary featuring a Caldarium, steam saunas, and outdoor pool. Work multiple shifts with a minimum of 5 hours per day. Earn compensation comprising a $18.00 hourly rate, 15% service commission, service charge, and retail commission. Join our dedicated team at this intimate 78-room luxury resort in Sonoma County Wine Country.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent; or any combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required skills and capabilities
- Current California Massage Therapy License
- At least 1 year of massage therapy experience
- Solid knowledge of massage theory, anatomy, and physiology
- Polished and professional demeanor with strong verbal and written English skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
Desired Qualifications
- Massage therapy experience in a luxury hotel/resort setting
