Job Summary
Provide various types of massage to clients; maintain a clean and orderly massage room; assist in marketing and promoting spa services and promotions; demonstrate massage to attract clients; assist in sales and product knowledge; handle scheduling, appointments, and basic front-desk duties as needed; operate core business software; ensure timely start and completion of appointments; flexible with center hours and scheduling; contribute to monthly inventory and promotions; uphold safety and sanitation practices; collaborate with members and staff to support wellness goals.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Massage Therapy school required
- High School diploma or GED required
- CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of hire (provided by Power Wellness)
- Must possess excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Must meet specific state requirements for certifications and/or licensure
