Job Summary
Treat clients by using touch to manipulate soft-tissue muscles to relieve pain, rehabilitate injuries, improve circulation, and aid general wellness under the direction of the Rehabilitation Services Manager. Actively participate as a member of the health care team while maintaining a pleasant, respectful, and courteous demeanor with patients, families, staff, and visitors. Maintain a Washington state massage therapy license, BLS certification, and two years of experience, with a preference for manual therapy and acute injury expertise. Work part-time, eight hours weekly on the day shift at Kadlec Regional Medical Center within a culture of patient-focused, whole-person care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Massage Therapy
- Washington Licensed Massage Therapist upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 2 years of Massage therapy experience
Desired Qualifications
- Certified in manual therapy, strain counter strain, myofascial release upon hire
- Experienced in working with acute injuries or the injured workers population
